Ashley is a fantastic realtor! She made our first time buying a home such a pleasant experience. I cannot say enough good things about her. Ashley is very knowledgeable on the SW Florida area and was able to match us with the perfect home for our family. She always offered great advice and was there to answer questions day and night. She is always quick to respond too. We bought a new construction home from a local builder in the area and started out using their preferred lender. We ended up not being happy with this lender so she quickly took control of the situation and put us in touch with one of her recommended lenders (who was also amazing!). She was able to get our closing costs covered by the builder when they typically refuse unless you use one of their lenders. This almost never happens with this builder and goes to show how Ashley will fight for her client’s best interest. She has made sure to take amazing care of us throughout this whole process.
